Hi!
This summer started with me in the Dominican Republic, but quite frankly, in between school and pretty much every adult in my family playing musical chairs with the chikungunya virus (it sounds really scary but it’s really just LOTS OF PAIN, headaches and rash), and keeping up with schools, I didn’t take many pictures of the Dominican. Will make up for it in December, I promise!
We started with my return to the US for the 4th of July weekend. Since Cam wasn’t there for my birthday, we spent some time in Seattle – always gorgeous in the summer – had cupcakes, watched TV, and walked around downtown. Business as usual. Haha!
The rest of the time was spent between Eastern Washington and the Oregon coast. Here are some snaps. All taken with our new awesome SLR which takes wonderful pictures.
What a wonderful world, indeed!

End of an era…this was taken on the front steps of the house where Cameron was born and lived for 18 years. Sold this summer. Goodbye Ritzville! |

This is yet without a wide angle lens…the camera is pretty amazing though. We'll be at the OR coast longer next summer so there will be plenty of time to practice!
